Refund Policy

In order to maintain an accurate schedule and run our business smoothly,  we have the following cancellation\refund policy:

An appointment canceled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the booking will not be charged. ​

Example: Booking for Thursday at 9:00 am canceled before Monday at 9:00 am

 

An appointment canceled at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance of the booking will be charged 50% of the booking fee

Example Booking for Thursday at 9:00 am canceled before Tuesday at 9:00 am

An appointment canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking date\time will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
